How we clean it
Shampoo and extraction cleaning soak the carpet and can leave a soapy film in the fibres. Steam works differently. High-temperature steam opens the pile, loosens what is stuck and lifts it onto microfibre, using a fraction of the water.
We work room by room: living room and bedroom carpet, hallways and stairs, then area rugs and runners. Heavily walked areas such as hallways and entrances get extra attention. Steam kills dust mites and bacteria on contact, which matters in the rooms where kids and pets spend their time.
